What a shame this location...very modern remodeled, but the customer service is terrible, apart from failures in their systems when paying...not recommended...

I gave the coke back to the cashier so she can fill it to the top, she grab another used cup that had very little coke inside of it and poured the remainder in my new cup of coke. Who knows on whether she drink from the cup or not, why else have a cup of coke thats barely filled to the top and pour it in my drink? Management does not monitor unethical practices resulting in unsanitary practices. I was very polite but the rude cashier with 0 interpersonal communication skills decided to argue with me on coke refill. I shouldn't have to argue on wanting a coke that is new and clean.

The Big Mac I ordered was a big disappointment. The burger patties were overcooked and dry, the lettuce was wilted, and the special sauce tasted rancid. The fries were cold and limp, and the soda was flat. Adding insult to injury, the cashier was rude and got my order wrong not once, but twice. It was a fast-food nightmare that left a bad taste in my mouth for days.

Sad they replaced it with a non family friendly restaurant. It used to be a fun treat for the kids but it is just not the same fun place it used to be. Food sizes are getting smaller and value is not the same.

They have been under construction for like 3-4 months ...It said they would be open in January..It's already February..I'm only piased because everytime I want to get something quick and fast in a drive thru.I have to actually drive 10 mins (which isn't long but it's long enough to make me just rather stay home and not eat?)This place is legit a block away..So..even if I'm being a karen... I'm just annoyed I waited for January ..Just to still be waiting ...(Worse part is they get my order wrong 7/10 times resulting in me having to drive back into the busy drive thru or park and walk inside which defeats the whole purpose of the drive thru.. yet.. I'm still excited for the convenience..of having it back ?..)
