Really poor service. I go to a lot of McDonald’s on the north side because I’m on the road for work a lot. I will not go to this one again. I ordered pick up at a numbered spot. I wasn’t aware I was in a drive thru spot incorrectly instead of a mobile pick up spot because I entered the McDonald’s on the other side of the parking lot. I waited for 10 min and realized my mistake. I went to the drive thru to explain and pick up my meal. They wanted me to pay again but I already paid on the app. when I tried to explain, the first lady staff was rude. I eventually talked to another person who found my meal in the inside pick up area (likely placed there bc I was in the wrong pick up location). I then asked for some ketchup and she immediately cut me off and told me everything is in the bag. I didn’t see any and I didn’t order any on the app. Most of them don’t mind just giving some at the drive thru. She then grabbed a handful which was right next to the window and gave it to me.

Staff loves ignoring customers who are waiting for food. They don't put your food on the kiosk to pick it up and instead just leave it behind the counter. No joke, I'm about to buy a customer service bell to bring with me next time I go so I don't have to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence and give me my food for what should be a quick grab off the counter.

So I came to eat in the morning for a quick breakfast, but I soon noticed that there was a lady trying to use a coupon from the McDonalds app but was not going through. One of the managers (a Latino on the heavy side) was attempting to brush them away and telling them to pay so they can move on to the other customers. That was very disrespectful of them and I believe that shouldn’t happen especially since she was doing nothing wrong

I’ve watched them overcharge drunk people and play it off. Teenagers literally dragging each other across the floor fighting. Dollar menus is a joke. Raised prices on everything. We deserve better.

The food is mediocre at best so I usually dodge this place, unless I'm in a pinch. I always order on the app and go through the drive through to pick it up. THE WEIRDEST THING HAPPENED TO ME. I was the only person in the drive through when I pulled up to the speaker. I gave my pick-up number and was told to pull up to the second window. Now, I know some McDonald's have strict rules about stopping at the first window, regardless of what they say. So, I pulled up to the first window and waited about a minute before pulling up to the second window because I wasn't being acknowledged. Afterall, I was told to go to the second window. When I got to the second window, the worker read off what she thought my order was and I said "No, that's not my order. I ordered online and my pickup number is X and I ordered X". I was asked if I gave my order number at the first window. I said "No, I gave them my order number at the speaker and I was told to go to the second window". She said "Well, we can't get you your order unless you give your pick up number at the first window." I reiterated that I gave my order number at the speaker. She then told me I HAD to go back to the first window and give my order number there. She wanted me to REVERSE MY CAR in the drive thru to do this. I sat frozen for a minute because this was completely ridiculous and eventually a car pulled up to the window behind me so I couldn't reverse without colliding with them. After a few minutes, she came back to the window and, of course, I got my order which was in their system because I gave my order number at the speaker. It was super WEIRD and felt like the worker was on a power trip to be honest. I could have been in a dangerous situation if I had listened and gone in reverse as stated by the employee. Weird, bully energy.
