Absolutely terrible experience ordering from this location. They never include sauce despite paying extra to add it on and always manage to give me a drink that's completely wrong. Really sucks to save up for a hot meal and have it all messed up.

There’s never anyone available at the front counter. The food tastes terrible and the bathrooms smell like straight up sewage, on top of being extremely hot and humid. I saw another review about A/C and it is true! It makes 0 sense at all why there would be no a/c in any restaurant, none the less MCDONALDS???!

This is the worst McDonald’s location Ive ever been to. They clearly dont care about their customers OR their employees . And when it comes to the drive through it is apparent that they only care about giving any bag out with any order in it, as quick as possible. There is the SLIGHTEST draft of A/C in the entire restaurant . Ive seen customers sitting and sweating while eating and every time i talk to an employee they are dripping in sweat. I couldnt imagine what it is like for the people in the kitchen that are cooking the disgusting food they serve. I’m convinced they are paying for good reviews to keep this place from drowning and for a billion dollar corporation thats insane to me. This place needs to be shut down.

This has to be the worst location in Chicago. I ordered Uber eats a week ago and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they only sent the bread bun. I called them to report the issue and the manager on duty as very rude and didn't want to deal with it so she hung up on me. Today I am here trying to get a simple frappe and they didn't have any available. I settled for a large water and they didn't have the large size available either. These people need more training or just better managers. This McDonald's sucks!!!!!

If you want quality, don't go here in the morning. Morning staff seems to be well understaffed. Ordered a frappé which the cup was cracked and leaking. Took about 3-5 mins for anyone to check the counter area for customers. Finally someone came to the front...took the drink and almost forgot to remake the drink until he saw me still waiting. Made it really quick and watery. By the time I ate my breakfast sandwich it was damn near stiff. I usually have no issues with this location but Sunday mornings have not been the best.
