I can't even get a simple order made correctly I ordered three McChickens with Big Mac sauce they can't even get it right they put mayonnaise on it I screwed up on it three times and still going to get it right they suck

Yall have the most rudest managers. On December 13th around 2:30pm, I was waiting for my order. I asked for additional sauce and bag for my drinks. The Hispanic manager rudely said you already have bbq sauce. Ok? I said that was for my niece’s nuggets. She threw the sauce in the bag and gave ME A RIP CARRIER FOR MY DRINKS! Shes the manager who I called last time about my Ubereats order to include ketchup and napkins who rudely rush me.
Seriously what’s going on? If yall don’t want to work. Don’t. If yall can’t handle simple tasks; yall should stay home. I prefer going to this location versus the one on Wilson due safety reasons especially in the neighborhood.

The should be called can’t get right McDonald’s because they can never get my order correct. I ordered a double cheeseburger 🍔 with extra pickles and extra mustard . Two pickles come on the sandwich already ready so that means extra would be an additional two so four total. Did I get it no they put three pickles on it and a dab of mustard. I said something about it and the young man didn’t speak English. My thoughts is you shouldn’t be in customer service if you can’t speak English.

I would give 1/2 a star and not even the girl at night has no manners and is soo rude but so rude. Talks to you as if she herself does NOT want to be there. If she’s a manager wow! I guess if you’re low on staff that don’t take a night shift you grab what you can.
