This place is the pits. Several times we’ve gotten an incorrect order. Twice in the last month I ordered a 6 piece nugget and got 4 pieces. Of course I didn’t notice until getting home, but apparently you need to open your nuggets and count them in front of the staff’s faces before leaving. There’s also always riffraff in this establishment. Find another McDonald’s. This one and the staff are awful.

This McDonalds is riddled with issues, from homeless asking you for money in the lobby, to random people just hanging out and loitering in the lobby, uncleanliness in the lobby, people selling weed in the lobby, loud customers etc. this place is extremely overstimulating, and a hub for you to get overwhelmed and get harassed. STAY AWAY from eating in the lobby.

Staff is great here, it’s the people in the area that makes this McDonalds hard to come too. This McDonalds feels like you’re out south on Ashland. Kids selling weed in the bathroom, just standing in McDonalds, feel bad for the employees. Makes you feel uncomfortable & safe, this location should have security or CPD presence all the time.

This location needs to be shut down due to poor management. Just was in the drive thru with 6 other cars who also had to suffer through homeless people and mental ill people banging on our car windows for money. Despite this overwhelming experience for patrons the employees are doing nothing to stop the harassment and still make people wait in their cars in designated spots because they simply can’t provide fast service.

Came here on December 19th of 2025 at 10:15 AM because my daughter had to use the restroom quick. On top of people smoking a cigarette in the lobby, men were carelessly entering the women’s bathroom. Hands down the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped foot! I will be avoiding this place AT ALL COST! I WOULDNT EVEN BRING MY WORST ENEMY HERE!

This is one of the worst McDonald's to go to because of the jerks walking around out front all cracked out. That's not there fault but still it's so annoying to go to. But the food at this McDonald's is better and the food at the McDonald's on Western and Lincoln.
