They are always so slow, they never bring your food to the table, the machines never give you receipts, they always make you park in the side when you ask for drive through.

Ordered thru the automated system and got my order pretty quick. Then, I placed a second order thru the app and requested table service. They really do not do it. They call out your name. My family member had to bring me my food and tell me it was just sitting there. I said that is not table service. Also, since when did this location stop offering free refills? It just has a sign to use the other side and then neither works. Not even water. Only Ice. Definitely disappointed.

Why it says open 24 hours if it's not true, I came here twice today first at 4:00 a.m and was there for a bit and no service in the drive thru, then I came back at 4:30 a.m and again no one was there.

Ordered table side no one called or even bother to bring it the table. Why offer the service if ur not going to do it honestly. When i asked the person behind the counter she said we dont do that and walked away. Didnt care or want to deal with it so why naturally walked away a second time I said something. Tables were dirty. The bathroom floor all the way out to the back door are wet. Do better or don't offer the service simple as that.

Tables always are a mess, take too much time to wipe and to sweep. No personal available, it's is NOT fast rest. In the kitchen take too much time, to be ready with the snack, this is not a food. Prices are too high, services is very poor. I forgot to take pic. Pl do not go to this rest.

Abysmal drive thru service, just had some skinny looking kid look at me weirdly because HE didn’t want to fix our order, I hope that guy knows how much of a joke he is, how can you mess up the order 3 TIMES, not once, not TWICE, BUT 3 TIMES
