I was asking a serious question and she answered the first time but then we hung up and i had another question and she said don’t call back and was rude about it I just wanted to know if they still had the travis scott meal and never got an answer and every time i call she hangs up on me

The thinnest cheeseburger I have ever had from McDonald's. Is it just this McD's? I had one from a different McDonald's a feww days earlier & it had way more beef. Hmmm 🤔🤔🤔

This McDonald's at 26th & Kedzie is consistently a very good spot for a quick and satisfying meal. I'm always impressed with how fast and efficient their service is, even during busy times. My orders are usually spot-on, and the food is exactly what you expect from McDonald's – hot, fresh, and tasty. It's a reliable choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner when you're in the area.

However, I do have one significant disappointment: the discontinuance of their healthy salads. They were a fantastic option for a lighter meal, and I truly miss having that choice on the menu. I would love for McDonald's to consider bringing the salads back to offer more variety and healthier alternatives for customers like me!

Avoid going at night time (11pm) the manager keeps getting the orders wrong and gets mad and gives you attitude when you bring it up to her. Avoid this location at all if possible, definitely do not recommend. Wish I new the night manager name to file a corporate complaint!

Usually a good experience, but the heavy-set, older Hispanic woman who loudly mumbles into the intercom at night needs to speak better or be pulled from the drive-thru. Making it worse, she gets very mad when she's told that she can't be understood. There are so many employees here that speak clearly. Please give the mad mumbler another assignment. Thanx!

2nd time I order thru the app, ordered hotcakes & sausage. no utensils or butter or syrup. Edit... the orange juice watered down 😭 it's 6:43am and I should've gotten a happy meal cuz I'm sad

I ordered with the kiosk followed instructions, I took a number sat down. I waited 20 min for my food. The restaurant was empty, they said they called my number instead of bringing the food to my table like the instructions said. When I did received my food. I went back to the counter requested new fries, they were upset I asked but they gave me new fries. I then tried my drink, watered down, I requested a new drink. It tasted worse than the watered down one. I took it back, for a refund once again was treated like it was my fault. The "manager " was able to refund me the drink, however while she was refunding me, the staff was having a loud conversation amongst themselves about the issues I was having. She acknowledged the conversation was about me and my issues and said she will talk to them about it. No apologies. Finally one of the workers saw everything that went down and went to get me the manger in charge..... I wish that there was a resolution but he never came out to speak me.

When I came to get breakfast this morning, the young lady at the drive thru window taking the money was very rude and very nasty attitude. The 2nd lane cars were ordering and driving up to the window, after three cars I thought my speaker wasn't working. So I drove up to the window to place my order and that's when she let me have it. When I ask her name she closed the window.
