I have a mobile order at the counter because my truck won't fit in the drive up. They will watch you an ignore you. As tou see the gentleman outside waiting in the snow an the lady just looks an walks away. Also if you pay for espresso they will not put it in an say they did...NEVER USE MOBLE APP HERE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AN MONEY

Guess they are not doing bundles anymore. Sandwich was sloppily made, maybe take a little more time, I know it's a production style restaurant, but maybe take a little pride in the product you're putting out. Did not offer bundles anymore, with sandwiches and fries, for $3.65...

Before it was my favorite Macdonalds but now there are no fries anymore the orders are always missing something and the manager is very rude this Tuesday she even served me with attitude if I could give her fewer stars I would give them

Will definitely be avoiding this specific locations at all cost. The most terrible experience I have dealt with at any fast food chain! I waited for my food for 15+ minutes. I didn't want to be rude and make a big deal. I kindly asked the manager Lissette for a refund. She rolled her eyes and went into the back to get the GM so she can give me the refund. GM Joy tried to console me but all I asked was for a refund. GM Joy was getting frustrated because I wasn't budging lol so she THREW MY RECEIPT AT MY FACE and walked away! INSANE! I've been coming to this specific location for 2 years because it's at the corner of my house. They definitely are terrible people to be managing the store. PLEASE FIND NEW MANAGEMENT!
