Worst location in Chicago south side. Employees are always rude, the orders are ABSOLUTELY incorrect EVERY time, and the staff complains when you ask for sauce or hold them accountable. If you're looking to be in a horrible mood immediately, stop by here to see how much can go wrong with ordering FOOD at a RESTAURANT. Any employee reading this should take it personal and take initiative to learn the basic steps like taking orders and talking. It's quite easy.

The service was very slow, the machines do not give a receipt, so you don't know how to pick up your order. Long line to order. But those who serve are very friendly.

Takeout does not end at 11 pm... at around 9-10 pm (what ever time they please) you will see the workers rushing to close the door at your face and tell you to leave if they see you at the door... Also, as others have mentioned, during the day it is an empty location yet it takes so long for your food to get ready. Have had my order messed up a couple times too (given the wrong order). Place is not clean inside either... gave this place too many chances.

Every time I go literally no people but the food takes long. Even when I do curbside. I've been to other McDonald's and it's full n received my order within 10 mins freshly made.Customer service on curbside is great. A very nice gentleman even asked if I needed any condiments. Very polite.

This place is hit-or-miss, depending on who is working. Coffee is usually fresh and food is usually completed quickly. The drive-through is sometimes too slow at night, though, as they rarely ask cars to pull up and wait for a huge order. They just make everybody wait in line while making the big orders.UPDATE: TWICE IN THE PAST WEEK (Feb 12th & 14, 2024), THERE WAS NO COFFEE AT 10:00PM, AND THEY REFUSED TO MAKE ANY! When corporate was contacted, they said coffee should be available at all hours.
