This is the worst and the slowest McDonalds ever! The service is so bad. They need to close this one down! This MxDonalds has been this slow for years and years. People do not like to work and then they have attitudes towards you because you want to order or just get your food 👋and they act like YOU are bothering them! Don’t come to work then. Let someone work who wants to work. But anyway, we were in the drive thru and my daughter saying hello three times and no one said anything. No one was taking orders. There were five cars behind us and five more waiting to pay and get their food and no one was moving. Do not come to this McDonalds. You’ll be sitting there for two days before you get your food.

Ordered through uber eats…. AMAZING!!! I believe in going above and beyond with reviews when an establishment goes above and beyond for me. I ordered a double fish meal, with a Vanilla shake. I’m assuming they didn’t have the shake so they gave me a large Carmel frappe and 22 apple pies instead. WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER OVERNIGHT, GREAT JOB!! The workers overnight, MY fries were FRESH and HOT, and my Fish was also Fresh And HOT, my food arrived at 3:30 AM FRESH like I ordered in the peak of rush hour. I order from here all the time; and despite some of these reviews… my experience at this location is Always amazing. And for that, I say thank you.

I HATE THIS MCDONALDS they do what they want when they want I’m a driver for CTA and I order my coffee the app so it’ll be ready when I pull up I have ordered 3 times and they are never open on time they open when they want to so I’ve lost money 3 different times that is so unprofessional and then at night they only take cash and do everything on a calculator which takes to much time so the line is always long and slow

First off it’s 6/25/25 1:45pm.. 1st I used the app for a meal, the tap machine wasn’t working and the cashier he did not know…. Now I’m here for about an extra 10 min.. so the meal with the app was a McDouble meal, McDouble no salt and fries no salt….that wasn’t right but it was for my baby ok.. then I order a Big Mac with no salt and no middle bun and medium fries no salt.. I pays while I’m paying this Hispanic supervisor taking my order, and this Hispanic family was directly on my back.. and I asked the manager who was (Hispanic) can you please ask them to give me some space please, to back up a lil bit.. SHE LOOKING AT ME LIKE I SAID SOMETHING WRONG.. I HAVE A PERSONAL SPACE AND IF YOU TO CLOSE I HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO MOVE…but when I get my food it was wrong, then I was told once we give the food out they can’t do anything about it.. they did I got a refund back for my order.. who’s ever business location this is I will not recommend anyone I know to come here at all…….

When I arrived to this location to do a DoorDash, I noticed a lady was leaning over in a wheelchair I thought she had collapsed and die, the whole area by the door smelled like urine and feces.

McDonald's failed me again there was a rat in my burger and outside the drive through and inside the bathrooms and they were ALL DIRTYY everyone was sitting on their phones not attending customers

You ALWAYS have to check your order if you don't you'll get home and they've got it wrong and now you gotta go back,I DON'T think they CLEAN the coffee and pop machines every night like they suppose 2 because twice after ordering coffee I found gunk in my coffee,it should be a sign posted saying: BUYER BEWARE ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
P.S. It be to many people in there working for them 2 be as slow as they be ALOT of the time,IT'S CALLED FAST FOOD!GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!
