Awful experience at this McDonald's location. No customer service at all - was forced to use the crummy electronic kiosk, which takes much longer to use. Yuck. And when I gave feedback to the manager, she just laughed.

I bought coffee three times with different ingredients and the drinks taste the same in all of them. I added the shot of expresso in the last order i bought and all the three taste the same like water with something but definitely not coffee flavored or sweet at all. I also added whipped cream and if they put something was a minimum cause I just saw some on the lid. looks to me they prepare the same drink no matter what you asked as long is the size you paid and look like coffee. I am very disappointed cause I spent the same price than a similar size in Starbucks and you can tell the difference in quality and taste. Definitely I will not end this drink..

Place was cramped with lots of people. Bathrooms were disgusting and no toilet paper in ladies restroom. Even though we ordered online the wait kept getting longer and longer. At least our food order was correct but our fries werent hot. Tables were all dirty and none of the fountain drink machines were working in front. Thank goodness we were out of town guests who'll never have to come back!
