On December 12, 2025, at exactly 3:35 PM, Nancy, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was very sweet, caring, and personally approached me and my nieces to help resolve an issue. A younger Hispanic female employee with a small neck tattoo came to our table and returned our cash and gift card with an attitude, claiming the card had no balance even though it had $13.17 on it. We told her she could keep the $20, but her behavior made us uncomfortable staying to eat. My sister then went to the front to request a refund so we could leave. Nancy went above and beyond, she apologized multiple times for the employee’s conduct, issued us a full refund, still provided our food, and even added an extra order of fries. She mentioned there have been several complaints about that employee. It’s a shame that such a kind manager with such a genuinely good heart has to deal with staff members who do not uphold the same standard of professionalism. She truly deserves better.

Seems like after 11pm staff can’t seem to keep one order right even give a receipt and still get fully charged… if you call the restaurant they will hang up unless you keep calling(over 30min) horrible service horrible costumer service…

I want to personally thank the night crew, specifically the skinny guy that mans the drive thru. As long as I live I won't spend another dime at this location. Thanks for helping me quit McDonald's. This night crew specifically is the best at discouraging you from coming back and eating at this location. Thank you for that. My wallet and waistline will always appreciate you. Keep doing what you are doing. 👍

Don't come here. Bad service and they are not transparent. If they don't do refills there should be a sign stating that. Enough that you have to wait 5 minutes to pay attention to you and then give you bad attitude and tell you that the owner has his own policies. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS MCDONALD'S.

This is absurd! No one speaks english at this location! I came because i lost my wallet 2 days ago and ask if they found it or anyone brought a wallet to them, they kept asking me about a receipt and what did order! The manager did not understand that i am just looking for my wallet nothing else. He thought i was asking for food! I said i do not have a receipt i have my bank transaction i showed him and then he asked me what did i order, i said 2 big macs but idk how would that help to find my wallet... the he came back to say no u need a receipt...this is crazy!!!!!

Awful experience at this McDonald's location. No customer service at all - was forced to use the crummy electronic kiosk, which takes much longer to use. Yuck. And when I gave feedback to the manager, she just laughed.
