Do not Drive away before you check every single thing that you ordered because nine out of 10 times they will give you something you did not order or leave out things you paid for! Nobody there speaks English very well so you have to repeat yourself many times! So make sure you speak slowly for them to understand and always check your receipt and check your food before you leave!

Check your bag! Usually they get my order right however today they missed half my order. I regret not checking my bag before leaving the drive thru because this time I was missing 4 hash browns & a hotcakes. I’ll be checking my bag from now on. Nothing worse than getting home and seeing missing items.

I came through drive thru- the young lady was very nice. However, I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and a 6 piece nugget and was asked to pull up to drive thru 1, just to wait 10 min for food that wasn’t hot. Seriously 😐
Fair prices. Some other locations near by charge more money for the same products.

This McDonald is horrible, they contaminated me and my friends food, they are racist agains Indians, black, and white people and only like Hispanics, they made a false accusations against young adults and a minor, they are not professional, very rude and disrespectful, and all the workers are Hispanic meaning they don’t hire other race which is also racist. I had to file multiple complaints against this McDonald because they also cause my to have a heart issues because of the false accusations they made against us, I suggest you don’t go there😬

I have all of my expectations of the usual McDonald's experience smashed on Kedzie and Wilson. What a phenomenal staff dedicated to outstanding service. I had a few hiccups on some breakfast runs earlier in the week and after just mentioning my experience to a manager they came to recover my perspective on them. You don't find many places like this anymore. When I say to my friends let's go to McDonald's, I don't care where I am in the city, I'm taking them here.
