For a McDonald’s it’s awesome. What’s really cool is that they haven’t jacked the prices up sky high at this location. You can still get a 2 cheeseburger meal for under $7 here which is unheard of anywhere else in this city (or really anywhere nowadays). I really appreciate that the franchise owner isn’t screwing everyone with pricing. Food always comes out hot and fresh, fries have never been soggy. Staff clearly take pride in their work here and I really respect that.

I live in Lakeview but when I want some McDonald’s, I hop on the brown line and ride it 30 minutes to get out here just to support this specific franchise. They seem to want to provide a good experience rather than just extract as much money from me as they possibly can like every other McDonald’s I’ve been to in the past few years.

Dining room is clean, bathrooms are clean. There are definitely some homeless people that hang around, but they’re very polite and keep to themselves. I respect that the staff treats them like people and seems to let them hang out in the lobby with a soda for a bit (provided they don’t cause a disturbance) rather than degrading them and treating them like pests. Love, compassion, and grace are powerful tools.

This place it's horrible n everything. Plus they don't care abut neighbors sleep time. They do deliveries 2 &3 am. N we make complaints with city& alderman. N they don't listen to them stop doing noise deliveries, we are neighbors who work next day whth insomnia o rueri.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s a few times in the morning for breakfast, and my experience has always been great. I receive my order quickly, the staff is always very friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean. The management and employees do an amazing job here. I will definitely be back!

If I could leave no stars I honestly would. The manager in the purple shirt and skimpy ponytail really thought she had time today to play with me
After the register was malfunctioning and wouldn’t work she proceeded to tell me she had no solution for me and I would have to pay full price for my food after I requested to speak to her. I showed her proof of my coupon and my McDonald’s app. She then proceeded to yell at me and say bye and there is nothing she can do and slammed the drive-through window in my face after I asked her to clarify in a rude way why wouldn’t accommodate me . So I parked and walked in and asked two other employees who owned the establishment and they failed to give me the full info and contact info that I requested. It was not listed in the restaurant
She then told her employees in Spanish to not service me or give me any information or to talk to me and waved her hand and told me to move out the way as if she was totally in the right! Super combative, super disrespectful and super unprofessional on every level. She absolutely demonstrated no leadership skills today and she absolutely does not deserve to be a manager of any establishment with that disposition she has Do not recommend ever eating at this establishment again or ordering anything from here. Find another McDonald’s to eat at!

The manager named Marilen seemed irritated when I just asked questions prior to ordering. When we got the meal we ordered there was no sauce for the nuggets and no extra fries as we ordered and was clearly indicated on the receipt. This was the 1st McDonalds that I have experienced bad customer service.

The individuals working at this McDonald’s (Fernanda, Diana & Manager Frank) are some of the most disrespectful customer service I have ever come across. I wanted to put a formal complaint and the manager Frank refused to provide corporate number and threatened to call the police if I don’t leave. Little to their knowledge, I have everything recorded on video. I will love either the franchise owner or corporate agent to follow up with me.
