The manager named Marilen seemed irritated when I just asked questions prior to ordering. When we got the meal we ordered there was no sauce for the nuggets and no extra fries as we ordered and was clearly indicated on the receipt. This was the 1st McDonalds that I have experienced bad customer service.

The individuals working at this McDonald’s (Fernanda, Diana & Manager Frank) are some of the most disrespectful customer service I have ever come across. I wanted to put a formal complaint and the manager Frank refused to provide corporate number and threatened to call the police if I don’t leave. Little to their knowledge, I have everything recorded on video. I will love either the franchise owner or corporate agent to follow up with me.

I came in today to order something simple: a cookie tote and a large frappe. Instead, the cashier put in “2 cookies.” When I went back to get it corrected, I had to wait an extra five minutes for something that should have been right the first time.
What made it worse was the attitude. The cashier leaned in like she couldn’t hear me, even though I was speaking at a normal tone. She looked tired, acted careless, and came across as if she didn’t care about her job or the customer in front of her. If you can’t stay awake and give proper service, then maybe you shouldn’t be at the register.
I came to treat myself and be happy, not to deal with lousy service. A cookie tote and frappe should be simple — press the right buttons, smile, and do your job. To the staff: wake up, stop slacking, and respect the people spending their money here.

I bought large fries, and small size fries, they are almost the same weight. they cheat their customers. And why do I have to request catsup, for my hamburger and french fries? Isn't that automatically given to us or deliberately put in our take-out bag? when you ask they still look angry. The only person has manners in this store are the manager, in the afternoon shift. the rest of the staff are rude and disrespectful to the customers. this is a nice store please improve your service and manners towards to the customer.

Do not Drive away before you check every single thing that you ordered because nine out of 10 times they will give you something you did not order or leave out things you paid for! Nobody there speaks English very well so you have to repeat yourself many times! So make sure you speak slowly for them to understand and always check your receipt and check your food before you leave!
Check your bag! Usually they get my order right however today they missed half my order. I regret not checking my bag before leaving the drive thru because this time I was missing 4 hash browns & a hotcakes. I’ll be checking my bag from now on. Nothing worse than getting home and seeing missing items.
