The worst experience on the delivery and worst customer service did not get a complete order as I ordered a happy meal for my daughter alone with other meals for my other kids but the happy meal did not arrive and when I called they came up with some excuse they can’t redeliver the stuff and will refund making me pay another delivery fee and tip for the driver

Of course they got my order wrong that’s expected, then she proceeds to tell me we have NO ICE for the soda!?? I asked for a refund , she got the manager who’s speaking to me in SPANISH!?? I asked him 3times “English please” he proceeds to speak Spanish “ I just want a refund”!! Please hire people who are bilingual or who speak English 🤦🏾

I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and went to pick it up at the restaurant. When I got there, the door was locked. An employee was mopping inside, and I had to knock for her to tell me I had to wait until she finished mopping to be allowed in.

So, I went through the drive-thru at 7:07 AM. The employee at the speaker was very polite. I then stopped at the next window and waited until 7:10 AM for my food, even though it was already sitting on the counter. I had to knock on the window to get the employees’ attention. They looked at me several times but completely ignored me.

When my order was finally handed to me, I told the employee what had happened, but she didn’t say anything in response. Staff should be more attentive to customers instead of just talking among themselves.
