Of course they got my order wrong that’s expected, then she proceeds to tell me we have NO ICE for the soda!?? I asked for a refund , she got the manager who’s speaking to me in SPANISH!?? I asked him 3times “English please” he proceeds to speak Spanish “ I just want a refund”!! Please hire people who are bilingual or who speak English 🤦🏾

I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and went to pick it up at the restaurant. When I got there, the door was locked. An employee was mopping inside, and I had to knock for her to tell me I had to wait until she finished mopping to be allowed in.
So, I went through the drive-thru at 7:07 AM. The employee at the speaker was very polite. I then stopped at the next window and waited until 7:10 AM for my food, even though it was already sitting on the counter. I had to knock on the window to get the employees’ attention. They looked at me several times but completely ignored me.
When my order was finally handed to me, I told the employee what had happened, but she didn’t say anything in response. Staff should be more attentive to customers instead of just talking among themselves.

This morning I ordered the big breakfast with steak and I got sausage instead. This is the second time it's happened and I also had to wait over 10 minutes when there was no one in line to get their order because their computers were down. I asked if I could have a free orange juice and they said no. The guy at the carry out window was smiling and laughing at the fact that the computers were down and it happens all the time. I found that strange. What I don't understand is I'm paying for steak and I'm getting sausage. Last time I'm going there.
