This morning I ordered the big breakfast with steak and I got sausage instead. This is the second time it's happened and I also had to wait over 10 minutes when there was no one in line to get their order because their computers were down. I asked if I could have a free orange juice and they said no. The guy at the carry out window was smiling and laughing at the fact that the computers were down and it happens all the time. I found that strange. What I don't understand is I'm paying for steak and I'm getting sausage. Last time I'm going there.

Terrible service almost most of the time they give you something different from what you order the food sometimes tastes a bit rare that's why I give it a star

Food was hot, order correct and service fast! I just don't like this location because it's connected to a gas station and people are always outside hustling and begging! It's also hard to get out due to heavy traffic on Laramie & North Avenue ? ?
My girlfriend has a salt allergy and I asked for no salt . They ain’t even try luckily I always taste them first. I then call five min later.8 times sometimes they let in ring others they hung up right away didn’t say high just hung up. Put phone on counter one time as I listened to there music. Horrible service !!!!!!
