Worst Service. Those who works in this McDonalds are so rude. They don’t know how to talk to customers. I wonder, Do McDonald give training to be rude?

Worst McDonald's in the city. Always getting orders wrong whether it's being delivered or even worse when you order there. Obviously their crew members and managers must not have graduated from junior high or middle school as it clearly shows. If you value your mental health and wallet, just don't order from this location.

The service was disgustingly slow, people were coming back because they didn't get part of their order. The workers had no gloves or meshes and looked like they were doing us a favor by working at all. The bun on the Big Mac was not fresh, the nuggets were stale too. I asked for hot mustard and mayo and they didn't have it, not even mayo, which McDonald's always has. Avoid this place.

Unfortunately I was here doing some work and the music came on and it was so overwhelming that you couldn't hear the person across the table from you.
I asked the supervisor if it could be turned down. She states that the boss wants us to play it. I have no mind in doing that but not that loud.
One of the employees heard me and informed me that she turns it up that loud when she's frustrated; but they will turn it down to the regular volume. I did thank him. Other than that the food was great and it was very spacious and employees nice.

This store is absolutely the worst McDonald's in the Chicago area. 35 to 40 minute wait in the drive-thru. I am making it a point to never return to this location. Service is terrible here.

Ridiculous I had to wait 15 minutes for them to take my order while they repeatedly told us one second at the speaker then didn't even apologize for the wait or compensated for the wait

I was in the drive thru...kept waiting for them to take my order..they kept taking the other drive thru order. I went in and ordered at the kiosk...it did not give me a receipt and the lady behind the counter kept telling me I did not pay...then another worker came out with my order...beware of places that do not give you a receipt...if they clear the board prematurely your order may be lost. My fries were awful...my frozen coke was good though. I need to find a new place

After reading the reviews I could bring myself to stopping.
It's mc Donald's. My order is mostly right when I go pick up for e family. The other customers are the bigger problem, they are rude.

Always gets my order wrong, forgets to put items in the bag! I always have to double check and then wait for the correct items to be brought out
