Terrible service. The sandwich really dry. The meat is over cook. I'd mobile order. The dinning area close for cleaning. I understand that but really hard to see sign. Not only me. A lot of people same too. Then I go to drive thru to say I have Mobile order. She looks like don't want to talk. Just keep pointing next window. And the lady in second window no idea what is my order. They don't know what they are doing.

Absolutely terrible drive through service. The person taking the order was difficult to understand, and even worse at receiving the order. The manager needs to take a class on customer service and not be defensive and hostile. I may be wrong, but it appears as though they are employing illegal immigrants who want to work, which is great to some degree. However, they need to understand and communicate with the people they are serving. Sir, was it really necessary to be hostile and combative because I asked for additional salt? I had three orders. Also, when we got home, the sauce was missing.Finally, I should say I purposely went to that location because IN THE PAST, BEFORE THE STAFF CHANGES, I experienced perfect service, food was always fresh and quick service, and finally, all orders were prepared perfectly. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be returning and do not recommend this location at all.

I wouldn't call this an overall bad experience, but rather a misleading one. I ordered for my food to be brought to table 101 , but the rude imploee told me, "I AIN'T NO WAITRESS!... when I approached to see what was takin so long. I refused to leave a comment in person because of the hostile treatment. Whatever she's going through, I'm sorry that is so, but that's not an excuse to be foul tword customers.

To be honest for this location and is much money as this storage making they should be able to clean the restrooms at least once an hour and make sure that everything is nicely wiped down toilets mirrors and sinks ?

I stopped in after ordering on the mobile app and was informed promptly and professionally by an employee that I ordered the same thing twice. She asked if it was a mistake and the app had indeed glitched and ordered twice. She was going to take the time to explain how I could get a refund on one through the app , but the manager overheard the conversation and wasted no time in refunding the second charge directly to my card via mobile wallet. The food was fresh , hot, and prepared with care, and ready before I could finish a text. Thanks again to this helpful employee and manager
