Coffee is always too dark, bitter or watered down. Food is always made wrong by the same employees. Some of the employees try to control how much sugar and cream you can get for your coffee. I don’t appreciate any employee telling me how much sugar and cream I need for my coffee. I’m the one that has to drink it. If I say my coffee needs more than shut up and give me what I asked for.
I never have these problems at Starbucks. It’s not all McDonald’s that are like this. It’s this one that always has the nasty people working there. They have the audacity to have this entitled attitude like they can manage what I ask for. I’ve had my food made wrong by these two short Hispanic women up there and every time they make my food or drink wrong. When I tell them it’s not how I ordered my food they get this attitude and start speaking Spanish and talking crap like I can’t understand what they are saying. There was this one time I asked for decaf coffee cause I was diagnosed with high blood pressure recently. The same short hispanic girl with the attitude made it but gave me caffeine. I ended up having my blood pressure raised the entire day because of that. There’s this slim male hispanic manager up there who’s just as bad as the others. There are times I paid for extra caramel and stuff in my coffee and he cheats me out every time. Then has the nerve to tell me I need to pay for more caramel after I already paid for the max of extra caramel.
The only thing good about that place some of the managers and like 3-4 employees. I got where I don’t eat from there unless certain managers and certain employees are there.
This McDonald’s needs to be shut down or at least fire all those rude employees. They really need to bring in some people who actually have better customer service and food service skill.

Omg we came after the club it’s 2am rn it’s soo crowded but the food was fresh I gave it 4 stars instead of lower cause of the security guard and the locked bathrooms. The food was so fresh too so that was a major plus. I also made friends while waiting so it was fun and ppl cheered when we would get our orders cause of the long wait lol

Even with the inconvenience of no drive thru we prefer this McDonald's over the other two close to here. Staff is always friendly, orders are correct, and food is fresh. The management here does a phenomenal job.

The staff were so not interested in making you happy. My fries were $2.67 total for a small fry. It was not busy at all. There’s free bathrooms here. The fries were just given to me in a bag with no napkins and no ketchup bc I understand if ppl waste it but just at least ask me if I want something before just handing me the bag. And when I asked the staff for ketchup it was attitude. All the staff were just non chalant. Good thing is this area is a lot of fun.

All my order was so salty 🧂 and over cooking, everything was very wrong.
I placed a breakfast mobile order at 10:11 this morning and arrived at the store shortly after 10:30, only to find that my order had been canceled. The rule says breakfast is available until 10:30, so why did they cancel my order that I placed at 10:11? I am very disappointed.
