Placed my mobile order like 5:45-5:50 and I get here, two other people get assisted first even though I was ahead of both, and then I finally get to the window, and my foods not ready?? Almost 30 minutes now from when I placed my order and it’s still not ready? I don’t know who they fired or hired but they need to rethink their crew.

Service and staff extremely unprofessional. Long wait time is to be expected and understandable during peak hours, but due to the obvious issue of always being understaffed expect to wait 10-15 minutes for any sized order. We ordered 4 quarter pounders and all the patties were really undercooked and had to be replaced. The most concerning issue with this last visit was the employee taking our order. She had an open laceration on her finger and I witnessed her cleaning the blood with a soiled rag while serving drinks. The experience was absolutely unreal and I'm honestly shocked that this location is still operating.

This location sucks holiday or not.. they are taking mobile app ordering (wich i did) to find out, they are not filling orders. Very rude and dismissive staff. Refused to give a refund after 30min waiting. Will never go to this shitty location again.

Ordered a soda and i travel on bike so i asked for a sticker they use for the uber eats bags to put on my soda hole and they refused saying they don't use nothing like that lol weird this is my main McDonald's i go to because i do uber eats lol 😂 i know yall use stickers for the bags also she did a uber eats order before mine and used stickers 🤣🤣 the lack of service is amazing
