Horrible customer service. I am appalled by the way they treated my friend. She had a mobile order which she had paid for, and they accused her of not paying, didn’t even offer her a refund, and blatantly acted as if she was stupid (when she actually works in McDonald’s corporate). No one was apologetic even though it was a problem on THEIR end! Not only was she out the money, she was treated like crap. I just don’t understand how a manager could have such a condescending attitude towards paying customers :(

Literally watched one of her team members drops someone breakfast sandwich passing it back to be re wrapped . After I address the manager. (Red shirt) she told me to be quiet or I’ll have to leave . After stating all I did was tell you what happened what i witnessed! Why was she so upset ! About me telling her . I don’t know maybe because other customers was inside the store also !!! Integrity doing what’s right even when no one is looking !!! I’ll never come here again !! I hate my kids love this BS

The person in the drive thru was very rude or he was drunk, he didn't understand what I asking for whe I repeat myself more than five times. I asked him for 2 combos of sausage magriddle with eggs, 2 extra hash brown and and an extra sausage mcgriddles. When he asked me if the screen was right I told him no. He says he couldn't understand me to go to the window, and I repeat myself several times, he call someone else I asked him if he speaks spanish and he says no, I wanted to go in, and finally he got my order. I was so frustrated that I don't to visit this place ever again.

The service is terrible. Stopped once at night only to be ask to wait over 20 minutes for cheeseburgers. I walked into the establishment and my food was just sitting on the counter. Today I went in for in ice coffee and hash browns (during a small break). I was asked to wait as many madr small talk and just walked around. A gentleman walked up to the counter and said his order was not complete, he was missing an apple juice and barbecue sauce. He was told his order was not ready yet and that he will have to wait. A few minutes later, a nice Venezuelan lady came by the counter, ask him what he needed and handed it right to him. She went to drop off and order and ask me what was I waiting for. She turned around and my order was sitting there the whole time! While 3 people were sitting by the counter just talking. Unacceptable

Food is great. Drive thru during the day is great. Drive thru at night.. absolutely terrible. Do not come here if its past 10pm, they WILL take 30+ minutes for 4 meals. If you do come double check your food, they take that long and still manage to mess up your order. Besides this, this McDonald's is okay to eat during the day.
