SLOOOOOOW.... SLOOOOOOW service. Line almost out the door. Workers passing by looking but still no haste in showing customer service and tending to the in-restaurant patrons. Seemed that their MAIN focus was the drive thru. When I got there, there was no drive-thru traffic and the workers had no urgency in getting no one to the register. I waited at least 5 minutes with customer in front of me who I thought was waiting on their food...they hadn't ordered. Then traffic picked up and the workers REALLY were slow to assist. Don't know if they needed more help, needed to organize the staff, or just didn't know what to do/what they were doing. Not going back, that's for sure.

OMG I wasn't going to do it but multiple times multiple excuses. This time particular my frozen drink was wrong They tried to give me a frozen drink with the same lid as the wrong frozen drink. My sprite had black particles just floating and noticeable. I guess since they wanted me to raise hell but not around my kids. I just threw my Sprite out. Also, the frozen coke seemed like it was not even fixed properly so much foam. Long wait time IF YOU WANT FAST FRESH NOT TAMPERED MCDONALD'S 58TH AND KEDZIE IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST

Food not the best, service very slow and they don't check orders made me go back for my dressings and ketchup.
Worse service ever! They’d make me wait before I place my orden and when I placed my order I’d have to repeat my order more than once, then they’d just make me pull up to the first window, thank God they have my order right, but when I’d get to the second window, they’d want me to pull out and wait for my order and I’d refuse to do it, so when the girl commented this to the manager they’d start to laugh of loud than I’d can hear then even with the closing window and they’d forget to pack butter for my pancakes, what an unprofessional attitude 😡
