Can someone explain to me how I'm supposed to communicate with Spanish speaking servers. Of course them working there isn't an issue but how did you plan on taking the orders of people who only speak English? It's frustrating...seriously.

Food was cold and fries half full the manager here DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! I'm not a native speaker but if you cant speak english you should not be manager. I wonder if corporate knows she does not speak english. I guess they will know after I call. My main language is arabic and I speak ok english so i know it is hard to learn but dont expect me to speak spanish when you cant speak english or arabic. I needed help and got NONE!!

Today is 1/31/2024 at 5:30pm I visited this location and I will never never never come here again! I ordered 2 McChickens 2 daily doubles and 2 triple cheeseburgers. When I checked to see if everything I ordered was in the bag, the bun to one of my sandwiches was so hard that I thought they gave me a sausage egg and biscuit, no it was my McChicken. After having to go park and go back inside they replaced my sandwich but refused to offer anything else for my trouble. To top it off the "employee in training had to translate for manager because she did not speak a word of english, she would even look at me or say anything. All she would do is look at the other employee and shrug her shoulders. After getting home only 2 of are sandwiches had fresh bread all the rest were hard, and all my food was cold. I only live 5 minutes away. Who ever made those sandwiches had to of know that bread was hard and should be fired. I also ordered extras mayo on the mcchickens and they did not have extra mayo.

We went there for a sunday but they gave us HALF a sunday lol ?... I even asked the guy working there if there machine run out of ice cream and he just ignored me. ?
