This place is so poorly managed. Today, they refused a customer because her $5 bill was missing the corner. They refuse dollar coins.I've seen the manager clear order before they are served and then lose track of them. Like my drink that sat behind the counter for 7 minutes, before they finally responded to me.I have complained to corporate McD, but the owners of this location never responded. The other employees seem frustrated because the manager won't allow them to help or step up.I guess you don't need to be good when you have a lot of foot traffic and limited options.

Needed to get food fast at the airport, but one of the kiosks broke down, so the counter was faster.Kudos to the Manager getting orders for costumers bc she was fast, but you had to get your own utensils, napkins and beverage carrier because she was just taking food from the end of their assembly line to the counter.

Edit: The local manager called me apologizing and offered to compensate for the mistake when I am back next at their location which I may not for a while but at least they are ready to fix it unlike some other establishments I encountered similar issue in the past. Appreciate the effort though.Ordered hot tea and got into my train to realize they gave me hot water and no tea bags in it and the app tells me to go back to the place where I got even though it was a mobile order, very disappointed customer support and irresponsible team

5 stars because it's astonishing how the employees keep this location from collapsing. It has an insane amount of orders/customers and yet orders are timely, and food tastes good, just like any other McDonald's.Considering that, of course mistakes can happen, but it's totally unreasonable to expect perfect service from a location this crowded. These employees deserve everything.

If you have no other choice and need to go here, just use the self service kiosk. Staff taking orders will refuse to remove their earbuds and constantly get your order wrong. This has been my experience the last 3 times I've tried to order from someone at the register. It is also frustrating when you're one of the first to order something standard, then 5 other people come in, order, and all get their food before you. Always check your food before you leave as well. Numerous times over the years, I've gotten the wrong food because they just aren't paying attention and too busy playing around in the back.

Im so impressed by the speed here. I've literally never waited more than a minute for my order and when I order coffee, they have it ready before I'm even done ordering. Great option when you're in a rush. Current fave is the hot & spicy McChicken biscuit with sweet & sour

The place was filthy, garbage all over the floors, every table covered in sticky mess. Food was all over priced and thrown together sloppy. This is the first McDonald’s that I have ever been to that refused to give me a refill on my drink. I will not return to this location again.

Ordered 1 Big Mac, it took over 20 minutes and I had to board a train so I requested a refund, they immediately produced my food for me. The Big Mac had an outrageous amount of sauce on it, to the point that it would spill all over any time you bit into it. They also had a tomato in my Big Mac for some reason.
