they didn’t let me get in the restaurant i needed to go to the bathroom emergency and also i have food to pick up, so rude people don’t let me ise the bathroom really quick even when i say it was a emergency

We were traveling from Michigan, and it was surprising to find a fast food place with parking in the busy city of Chicago. The food was hot and fresh, far better than our local McD's. The downside was that the restaurant was very cold, so we chose to sit in our car. Normally, I wouldn't rate a fast food place, as they are generally pretty similar. But I wanted to give a thumbs up where it was deserved.

I drove 15 minutes to this Westtown location for morning coffee and trying to charge my laptop. Dining area is bright and cozy, with plenty of seating. I found that all wall outlet plates were replaced with solid covers, so there were no usable outlets for customers to use. I ended up leaving without ordering food and headed to the next door Mariano’s, which has a rooftop parking lot and a Starbucks.

The evening shift is so well staffed but they are lazy & only thing they do is gossip while customers wait in a long Queen in the drive through for simple orders

Horrible customer service.
My coffee wasn’t hot, and tastes watery.
The crew members need more couching in all areas and how to communicate with customers. And speak with respect.
