Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, stopped here to get a coffee and use the restrooms after a long real estate shoot, drove 10 minutes out of my route to get here only to have the doors locked and the only way to order something being some bs window. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t come here.

Over 20 minutes waiting, terrible service, they should fire their staff because everyone is incompetent, the survey they did was pointless because it's getting worse, they should learn from other branches, unfortunately, I only shop here because I live on Menard Ave, the place is empty and they still take forever to deliver the order, and it's even incomplete

They are randomly closed between 4pm and 5 pm at their busiest time and don't have a sign saying this. I've also witnessed 3 times the cops were called when I was there.

I pulled over out the way waiting for My daughter to text what she wanted. Someone, maybe the manager came and signaling me to roll my window down like she was the police. I refused and looked at her to wait and see what she wanted..she said can you move and shooed me away from the door. I just thought it was rude.

They occasionally forget some items in delivery orders but generally they are pretty accurate. When picking up/dining in they are always on point. Staff are really friendly, always.
