I made a dumb mistake in the drive thru and pulled to the side instead of the next window bc I misheard the person before. The woman who came out and brought me my food was so nice about it! If I were her I would have been fully annoyed at a lunch rush but no, if she was, she didn’t show it at all. I apologized for the mistake and she was just so nice and polite. I know this is small but kindness really just goes such a long way.

This has to be the STINGIEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They purposely cover all their outlets so no one can charge their phone, a sauce limit, no free refills, a bathroom code that is only redeemable with receipt, and a 30 minute time limit to sit down and eat. Not only that but if you order ahead with the app it’s going to take 10 extra minutes when you arrive because their machine doesn’t automatically print out the orders

These fools are always forgetting something whenever I do drive-through. Ordered both the steak bagel breakfast MEAL and the big breakfast with pancakes and they forgot to add the hash browns for both meals to the bags. Didn’t find out ‘til I got home. Of course it’s McDonalds, but how do you want $15/hr and can’t even make sure my bag has everything that was ordered

they are so stingy with sauces it’s actually crazy. mcdonald’s is a billion dollar company and they can’t even give 2-3 sauces when u ordered smth? disappointed. they say they can only give 1 sauce for free and the rest u have to buy. on the app it says free so it should be free. ik its just sauces but its unfair that some mcdonald’s locations give as many sauces u want and some give u only 1??? make it make sense.

Everywhere McDonald's gives you as much sauce as you want. Is there a manager at this McDonald's?? Look at how the employees work. If you ask for 2-3 sauces, they always give you 1. Today this guy says we can't have more than 1 sauce. What is this? You take the sauces home, McDonald's employee??? We pay for these sauces!!!!

Come here almost everyday. They staff is so quick during their rush and get through it in a respectful way.
Parking: Their is only one entrance on Chicago Ave. If you find parking, great, but I highly recommend taking the drive thru just out of convenience
