I placed an order via McDonald’s app…of just fries and a soda after 3rd shift. It’s a 24 hour McDonald’s. Around 3-4 they don’t take orders because the system switches to breakfast. YET I was able to order via an app get to location and that’s what they told me. And had me cancel my order. McDonald’s you need to fix it you guys aren’t 24 hours. And if that isn’t true this location needs to be corrected.

Coming from the UK, I went all out and ordered a large Big Mac meal. The fries and drink were mahoosive but the burger? Exactly the same as the UK. Not sure what I was expecting but it was still lush and super fresh!! Defo need a large drink with that amount of fries!! 🤣

Tried placing a DoorDash order. The order went through, but they never made my food. I was waiting for an hour (went through 3 dashers) before I decided to cancel the order. One of the most terrible McDonald’s in the Bronzeville area 🤦🏿♀️
Placed a pickup order well in advance, yet ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes — and was handed the wrong order first. At 8:40 AM with no major rush, it honestly felt like I was being ignored. The service didn’t just feel slow, it felt unfair.
