I went through drive thru this morning and ordered 5 sausage muffins 2 with NO cheese. We got the order and drive of as we were in a rush. Discovered we were charged for 5 sausage egg McMuffins in which I am unable to eat as I do not process eggs well. So I was not only over charged but also unable to eat the food. Would have went back but had an appt. Tried calling to speak with a manager but they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Also the first window never gave me a receipt but do have the proof on my account

This is the second day in a row that I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s and I have not received FRIES. Not to mention my drink is wrong. I don’t receive the extra sauce that I’m paying for no napkins and zero straws. This is ridiculous.

The store says open 24 hours but when placed online orders at 1 AM they say they are closed for online orders but only open for doordash or Uber eats but this doesn’t show in their App. So rude employees this store has. I will never visit this store again.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience ever! The lady at the cash counter was outright hostile, yelling at both the staff and customers with no regard for basic professionalism. The kitchen staff seemed miserable and overwhelmed, clearly having a terrible time. Shockingly, the cashier even threatened to write up an employee for drinking another soda! To top it all off, I had to wait an absurd 37 minutes just for a single coffee. This location is a disaster—avoid at all costs!

The dumbest McDonald’s ever. They always getting orders wrong and sent me a completely different order on Uber eats and Uber eats won’t give me a refund. I tried calling them and they can’t even answer the phone . Now my kids are starving
I recently traveled to Chicago for a Microsoft conference and couldn’t make any purchases due to safety concerns. The store manager even told me they couldn’t serve me because the store had been robbed not long ago. It’s disappointing to see how things are handled there. In Texas, we provide service 24/7. Good luck to you Chicago!

Not sure why people have issues here. It was wonderful customer service, the food was delicious, establishment clean and well kept, and the atmosphere itself felt so welcoming despite how intimidating the weather was that day. Overall a solid 10/10.
