The drive thru doesn’t even work properly and no one’s there to take the order , literally we have waited almost half an hour , which is very frustrating..

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience ever! The lady at the cash counter was outright hostile, yelling at both the staff and customers with no regard for basic professionalism. The kitchen staff seemed miserable and overwhelmed, clearly having a terrible time. Shockingly, the cashier even threatened to write up an employee for drinking another soda! To top it all off, I had to wait an absurd 37 minutes just for a single coffee. This location is a disaster—avoid at all costs!

I recently traveled to Chicago for a Microsoft conference and couldn’t make any purchases due to safety concerns. The store manager even told me they couldn’t serve me because the store had been robbed not long ago. It’s disappointing to see how things are handled there. In Texas, we provide service 24/7. Good luck to you Chicago!

Not sure why people have issues here. It was wonderful customer service, the food was delicious, establishment clean and well kept, and the atmosphere itself felt so welcoming despite how intimidating the weather was that day. Overall a solid 10/10.

This location did not honor their dining room hours. The hours are listed on their door, and on weekdays, their dining room should be open from 6:00AM-10:00PM. I arrived 11/5 around 7:15AM, the doors were locked. Myself and another customer tried to stand in the drive-thru for service, we weren’t acknowledged. I walked up to the pay window and was told that I would not be served. I asked why the dining room is closed, the employee told me it’s because their manager wasn’t there. I don’t see how refusing customers service is acceptable, especially when the restaurant is not honoring their own hours.

I will never be ordering from here again. VERY slow customer service. They dont have slushies,ice cream is soggy, they dont have anymore sauces and i had to wait almost 30 minutes for a meal here.They will never be getting my money from here ever again.
A year or 2 later: They still act like they don’t know how to work here and they give the NASTIEST attitude ever sometimes they run out of the entire menu and have the restaurant still open. The drive through is sometimes not open or just nobody working there and the atmosphere is just disgusting idk how anyone can ever eat in here. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

I normally don't even do reviews like this (with footage) but this needed to happen. I'm going to need corporate to get in contact with me immediately in regards to this matter! Not only was I talked crazy to, but disrespected because I said something to the workers about not having any gloves on dealing with people's food and leaving registers. If you look at the video below you will notice and see that none of the employees including the manager have any gloves on. Then you have this here employee that continued to yell at me and other customers as well as refused to give me his name because they weren't required to give that info and didn't have a name tag accusing people of treating him wrong because of the job he has. This will also be going on all social media outlets because everyone needs to know how the staff at McDonald's on 35th and Indiana treats people!
