I don’t have a problem with the restaurant itself; always had our orders processed correctly and the location is very clean compared to other McDonald’s. I am taking off stars because this business is not shoveling/salting its Wolfram St sidewalk and my family has slipped several times this winter. Please take care of your neighbors!

I have lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and have gone to this mcdonals often.
This location has never had good fries. They are either undercooked or under salted. I am going to make a note to corporate every time I come here and the fries suck.
I ordered fries tonight and they are way undercooked and pale. Please figure this out. Its infuriating.
Everything else about this place is great. The people are always wonderful and they get your order correct every time. They just need to learn how to get the fries right.

Wouldn't let us go through drive through because we didn't have a car (we don't own one because why would we in a big city). We were off the road and safe from any cars behind us. Workers still didn't care. Had to successfully convince someone in a car to get us food. As good as the food was, it was sad to see a company stoop this low to refuse service.
