I don’t have a problem with the restaurant itself; always had our orders processed correctly and the location is very clean compared to other McDonald’s. I am taking off stars because this business is not shoveling/salting its Wolfram St sidewalk and my family has slipped several times this winter. Please take care of your neighbors!

I have lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and have gone to this mcdonals often.
This location has never had good fries. They are either undercooked or under salted. I am going to make a note to corporate every time I come here and the fries suck.
I ordered fries tonight and they are way undercooked and pale. Please figure this out. Its infuriating.

They have redeemed themselves a bit, so I updated my review.
It seems to be a running issue with most food places lately with not giving you what was ordered. I wish I could say it's inly McD, BK, or any other fast food restaurant, but it's not.
