Food is warm. Place is somewhat clean. Try to not go in the morning since there a lot homeless people around. Very few mistakes in orders online or dine in. Overall recommend since food is always warm.

I never write a review, but today they rubbed me the wrong way, I'm the only one in the restaurant my receipt says I ordered at 9:00 it wasn't until 9:14 that I got my meal. They attend to drive thru and forget about everything else I made it home when I realized they didn't give me my hashbrown so, I walk back tell the manager & I clearly overheard her telling an employee that she grabbed the hashbrown Well Honey it didn't make it in my bag was my response. They love to talk crap I hear it all the time teach your managers how to treat there customers with a little more respect

They have this cool innovative new ordering system. You know how at some restaurants they give you a number and then when your order is ready they call out that number? They don't do that here. Here what happens is that they give you a number and then, rather than call out numbers, the workers wait to see who pushes their way through the crowd to the counter. Then they ask those customers for their order numbers and get their orders. If you don't push your way to the front, and just listen for your number like a normal human would, they just set your order to the side and let it get cold. When you point this out, they won't remake the food because only the people who push to the front deserve hot food. Then if you ask for a refund, they'll do it in cash, even though you paid with a card, just so you get the inconvenience of carrying around a small amount of cash

Very rude customer service and the manger has no communication skills, very unprofessional. Will never go there again. Who ever is the manager in the noon hrs needs to be retrained.

There are 3 or 4 parking spaces which are unmarked or regular spaces. There are 10 spaces marked Courier or Curbside Pickup. I pull it and all the regular spaces are taken and all of the reserved spaces are empty so I parked in #3 curbside space. Once at the counter I ask the employee if it is ok for me to park there. They got the supervisor and she seemed uncertain or confused and eventually said I shouldn't worry about it. This is so wacked because when this restaurant was built it got several zoning exceptions and the result is an ugly street facade, the entrance is not obvious, and the parking is awful. I'm an avid bicycle and pedestrian person, but isn't McD's supposed to be all the worst traits of US society? Can someone please make this business more automobile centric? Also the music in the dining room was louder than necessary.

It doesn't say anywhere about no refills and there's no soda machine in lobby so I went to ask for a refill and was told no refills. Never been to a mcdonalds that doesn't do refills
Whoever is on night shift here makes the best McFlurry. They don’t do that thing where they just carelessly throw the toppings on top. The ice cream to mix in ratio is truly unmatched

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald's. My daughter was hired for her first job here, and the way she was treated was appalling. Employees, including management, spoke about her in Spanish, assuming she didn't understand, and made incredibly insensitive comments about her safety. When I spoke with the owner, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. It's unacceptable for management to create a hostile work environment and disregard employee safety. This McDonald's clearly lacks basic respect and professionalism. I strongly advise against supporting this establishment.
