Went to this location today for the first time and the service was horrible the staff was in the back I was there for at least 10 min before they notice then it was someone off to the side browsing on the Internet if u know u r on a lunch break stand at the counter so the rest of the customers know u haven't been waited on because everyone in the McDonald's have some where to be not just the person off to the side

Horrible horribleLocation they have the rudest staff and they never have any drinks and won’t discount you if you want the meal without the drink when they run out. Like what kind of McDonald’s runs out of fountain drinks lol. Let’s just say ghetto as hell!

Every time I go to this location they always forget things that I paid for. Most of the time I go they correct it. But like come on is it really that hard to get my order right? This is frustrating nobody is trying to go back for their mistakes. I don’t recommend this location at all.

This macdonald is really super bad, I've been to many macdonalds in Chicago and without a doubt this is the worst, the service is super slow, the food is bad and the atmosphere is the worst, I leave photos for you to see, it lasted almost 40 minutes waiting to be attended to. Even the soda without ice, which I didn't ask for.
