These McDonald’s think they are slick by giving you really subpar customer service and then making sure that your receipt does not have the validation code so that you can fill out the survey and air your grievances. They totally have ignored the fact that they are still Google and also yelp. Incompetence is the norm for this location as well as many others in the black communities on the south side of Chicago so avoid at all cost!

I've been to this McDonald's twice and at different times of the day. It's a small McDonald's and clean. That being said each time I have been there it took excessively long for me to get my food and each time they failed to place condiments in my bag. If you go during rush hour it's a complete mad house and very disorganized. So avoid peak hours and visit during off peak hours. The food quality is keeping with the McDonald's standards. The one thing I truly dislike is that there is no self serve soda machine for dine in customers which other McDonald's have. I will continue to return as it's my neighborhood McDonald's but I prepare myself for a prolonged wait time and to supply my own condiments.
Parking: There's ample parking available!

It's clean for the most part but my biggest problem is the managers. One minute they say they are hiring and the next minute they aren't. A couple of times going there there is never the full amount of nuggets in my box. Food is cold. Wait time for food is too long. I'm not impressed I've worked for McDonald's for a while. Been trying to get a job while moved here in Chicago. No one wants to hire me

Go anywhere else. Two speakers but they only use one. Slow, expect to wait 30 mins at least. Make sure you get a receipt as they’ll tack on extra food or mess up your order. Make sure you check your food as you never know what you’re getting. Take your business to literally any other location.

The receipt clearly says chicken mc griddle, cheese, bacon so how did I end up with a sausage cheese mc griddle? I’m at work now and can’t come return it smh Can’t never get right!
