I personally didn’t have a horrible experience but lady at the cashier inside was very disrespectful to a family because of their large order and race (and fact they used cash and she didn’t know how to count change). If you’re in a service industry don’t complain when you have to provide service to people. She was nice to me though?
I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. I forgot to double check my bag, so I'm to blame as well, but I received the wrong order. I wouldn't have mind eating it but it was filled with Ketchup & had pickles, those are the two things I do not eat at all. It was only a $5 meal, wasn't worth going back.
