The manager is here is a joke. Completely unprofessional, not managing his staff or the location at all. He sits in the dining area, not in uniform, hanging out with customers and harassing them. Goes back and forth between the kitchen and the dining area, not doing his job and causing more problems than anyone else there. Team behind the counter were working hard and seemed to be good people. But the manager isnt doing his job. To whom ever owns this location, the manager on duty on 8/14/25 on the late afternoon, you need to fire him. He's a huge liability to you and the decent workers you have there deserve a better manager. He is losing you money.

Kinda crowded most of the time but the food is good
Damn thing looks like a mouth with a tongue. You know I remember back in the days the steak & egg bagel use to be so huge fitting right along with the bagel now I don’t know what’s going on am so confused about this whole bagel & steak thing. It’s smaller they really need to try in get another bread to compare with the steak In them thick biscuits not go do. If so you will have to the largest soda to take it down. May come out with a croissant for the steak or something. Anyways so far the staff seems to be okay haven’t ran into no angry bird . I hope not you guys are doing amazing, but if I do you will get blast right here on my favorite spot the google . See you guys soon !

Just placed an order on the app for the 4pc crispy chicken strips meal and returned home, only to find 3 strips! Tried calling the store's number, goes directly to voice mail and the mailbox is full! Totally ticked!

Brought two Happy meals and they were terrible. French fries hard and cold and the nuggets were cold how are children supposed to eat this crap. Had to warm up everything when I got home.
