Received the receipt and it was not itemized and 25% auto gratuity was added to the bill.
Nice place to have a Friday night in Edgewater, the food would give it a 4/5 but be patient it takes more than 15 minutes to arrive at your table. the attention was great

I love this place! I recently held an event here. The food was great and the service was awesome. The owner really helped make the event a success! I will be returning to this location. Thank you Meet and Whiskey!

Place will likely not be open much longer - should have known it would be a dud when the speakeasy alley entrance and bar was not staffed at all. Also, they ended up closing the speakeasy space several hours earlier than what is listed. It could be something, but given it’s lack of a good online presence & promotion, it’s likely this one will be gone soon.Having said that, The staff from the associated restaurant (pork chop) helped us instead, and were very attentive! The drinks were very cheap but also well made. The only reason I didn’t give the service a 5 was a lack of staffing for the speakeasy part. Did not eat food so cannot rate that.

Paid $130 for an eventbrite ticket to their "speakeasy" for a dinner and jazz show. Event page said doors at 6, music at 6:45p, dinner, etc. Door was locked at 6, then at 6:30 was told they don't open until 7. At 7, we came in through the front restaurant where confused staff directed us to the bar. We asked about the jazz show and were told 7:30. The bartender went to ask the manger and then told us we could close the bar tab and sit in the speakeasy until the show. We went back to the speakeasy where it was quiet and only one man in a tshirt and shorts behind the bar. After a minute sitting in the back, we asked him about the show. He claimed he was just told the show was canceled and said to come to the front for a refund. The manager stated someone had covid and canceled the show. We could get a refund or stay and have dinner. I requested a refund, he stated to do so on the eventbrite page. It's now over a month later, the refund hasn't been approved. What a scam
Great ambience and drinks, bartender is great, music is fantastic!
