I didn't rate the atmosphere because it is a pickup place, not a dine-in. They closed off the dine-in area. But the Food..WOW so GOOD! The fried rice is so lightly fried and fluffy. Best Chinese food in town, really high quality. Since the pandemic though they've converted to takeout only and the inside looks drab from what it once did. Doesn't effect the food though.
