Rude staff, customers don't deserve to be treated this way. I only spent about 5 mins there and of course I left because the service was awful. They should close this bakery or change the entire staff.

The cheese carimañolas were very delicious and the arepas with chorizos too. Unfortunately the service was not very good, it is unfortunate that Latin food places treat Latinos poorly.

They have a great variety of Colombian sweets, at the time I left 3.30pm they no longer had many breads, however I bought some, the churro was very delicious, as was the roscon, however the cheese bread was not delicious and did not feel very cool.

Everything I ordered, buñuelo, almojabana and churro, was old. Additionally, the attention is terrible. Very rude in this establishment. I am Colombian and it makes me sad that Colombia is represented in this way in Chicago. I don't recommend it at all. First and last time I come to this place

Ya había pedido antes y no estaba mal, pero esta vez el chicharrón tenía un sabor muy feo algo incomible y la empanada no estaba mal, pero agréguenle más pollo por favor 🙄 siento que es un restaurante grande, que está bien ubicado y necesita mejores productos podrían hasta incrementar los precios, pero mejorar los productos en serio.

Honestly I was super excited to visit this place. But what a horrible experience
Super poor service and from the beginning trying to kick out since 6:15

Even the manager we couldn't touch anything at the restaurant it seems like they don't like working there

Super rude to customers, not service oriented
I spent 93 USD in the place because I like Colombian food but I will never return to this place again. They do not want to provide care
