We had a bad experience with one of the waitresses; a drink tasted sour and seemed expired. She got upset when I let her know, and then they were all talking about it among themselves, which made me feel uncomfortable. If I don't like something, I'm going to say so. They should be more polite when serving customers. It looked bad that the girl at the reception desk was also involved, and two guys were looking at our table disdainfully. We could hear what they were saying. I wouldn't come back here.

I waited a full hour after placing a delivery order and seeing it marked complete.
They lied on the phone saying the delivery driver still had it but I went there and my order was still sitting there.
This restaurant fraudently left out items on my order and marked my order as complete knowing they couldn't do the delivery service.
They marked an order as 'complete', leaving out items and taking the delivery fee, and wasting our time.
We're both sick from the holidays and had to deal with this crap.

I ordered a chicken club sandwich and a chai latte. The chai latte was pretty tasty and clutch for such a cold day. The club sandwich was fine, not the best I’ve had but still not bad. The service was good although it felt a little rushed since I didn’t get the chance to order any extras or get a Togo box. The atmosphere was also pretty nice as it’s located in Greek town and was pretty busy.

Meli Cafe is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Peter is cool. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing breakfast featuring steak and eggs. Must come back. 10/10.
