I got the chicken parm dipper today. Very very solid flavor in every bite and a nice warm sandwich. Marinara sauce is hot! Just be careful on that first bite and you’re in for a treat. (I went to new sears tower location)

The banh mi sandwich + tomato soup + spiced curry cous cous salad was delicious! Would come back for sure.
Their location at the Willis Tower tried to bait and switch people to come into their store by offering free side with an entree then when you check out saying the offer doesn't apply (written here because the google maps location for the Willis Tower doesn't exist yet)
out of principle I plant to avoid this franchise
(Response to owner’s response: they said the offer was only valid the day before 10/27 even though the grand opening was today 10/28. Basically they lied about an offer to bring people into the store without actually having any offer. ie shitty business practices)

LOVE this place! Must try the Thai mango salad. It was my go-to when I lived in CA and is just as amazing here! The service is amazing as well - they did such a great job hiring kind, professional staff. Highly recommend!
