Service was spectacular, incredibly friendly staff. Please put at least a 30% option on your tip machine haha

Every element of the ramen bowl was so tasty and seemed to be given special attention. Made ya feel good in your heart and soul to eat it!

Can't wait to come back :>

Great ramen and great service. Parking should be quite easy although wait time could be long if visiting on Fridays or Saturdays. I barely had to wait during weekdays though!

I sincerely could not wait to write this review. Menya Goku knocked my socks off!! Incredibly flavorful, well balanced, layered food. I knew the meal would be good when we had the salad. The dressing was just the right amount of sesame, tangy and the right texture to dress the salad in a blanket.

We ordered their Tan Tan Men. Their ramen is EXPERTLY prepared. The spring and bounce of the noodles stood out as a show stopper. The perfect level of spice that feels like a warm hug. Even the bamboo shoots made any other I've had pale by comparison. Can't wait to come back!!!

Not to mention on point service and efficiency.

Only critique would be slightly lighter on the salad dressing. But I mean that's literally nothing

Might be the best ramen I've had in the city, ranks top 3 easy. Drinks, apps, and service all great as well.

Absolutely delicious ramen and small plates. Very friendly service. My one wish is that they would open for lunch.

The Tan Tan Men and Shoyu ramens were both delicious. So much wonderful umami in the Shoyu. I'm excited to go back and try the tonkatsu.

Great happy hour specials as well.

This is my new favorite ramen spot.

I’m from Sapporo (origin place of miso ramen) and I’ve been on a quest to try good ramen places in the States. People ask me the best ramen place in Chicago and my answer has been Ramen wasabi. I’ve heard this place is great and I . I’ve actually happen to seen the staff inside right before open, and they were cleaning windows, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning the restaurant spotless getting ready to welcome customers. That’s when I knew they are AUTHENTIC Japanese restaurant. We finally had the chance to come in, and everyone was friendly. They told me ramen wasabi and they are brothers (same owners) which assured me that it’d be great ramen. Yet I was still pleasantly surprised with the quality of their foods. I appreciate the authenticity of the flavor, quality, and cleanliness. They not only have amazing food but their process is also true to Japanese culture. Our server Yasmeen was amazing and very knowledgeable! FYI, they have coat racks!!

It's a cute place but is so small and gets packed so quickly! Prepare to wait for 30 mins or more to get a table/bar seat! Ramen and pork buns are great! Staff is friendly, but they could definitely use more help during rush hour. I would definitely go back, but maybe during the day when it's not so busy!

The restaurant looks nice and the staff was friendly but the food missed the bar for me. Appetizers felt underwhelming. The ramen was overcooked and had large clumps of noodles stuck together, not just for me but all guests at my table. The broth overall flavor was okay, except it was too salty, even for ramen imo. I wouldn't go back.

Pleasantly surprised with how small & effective the booth size was. Little seasoning on the table was delightful. Cute tiny cups. The ramen was phenomenal, flavor bomb. Didn’t use the coat hooks but they’re there.

This is a fantastic ramen spot. If you're looking for a bowl in Lincoln Square, this is it. I've had the Goku Tonkotsu (pictured) and the Tan Tan Men - both fantastic. The service and atmosphere are top notch, the tables feel private and cozy. The noodles are perfectly cooked, the ingredients taste fresh, good portion sizes, and a very well-curated menu.
