AWFUL FOOD
Gave me old chicken in the prices are sooo high
Love the fries and the Itailian beef yummy

Great food.
Food was ok
I don't typically eat fried foods however when i'm in the city near my mom's house, i go to Mermaid's and their chicken is generally crispy, flavorful, fresh and quite delicious so this last visit, after waiting 30 minutes for it, i expected WONDERFUL chicken as i usually get... BUT, It was soggy, unseasoned, cold & very disappointing. Not sure what happened but i was QUITE DISPLEASED!
Ordered Tilapia Food was not seasoned as normal fries were cold. Customer service has gotten better in last year.
They always get orders wrong even after multiple times of telling them how I wanted my food done they constantly ignored it and did what they wanted
