I got a burger to go 'well done'! The inside of the burger is completely raw pink and not edible at all, I'm pissed. Reasons why burgers should never be cooked this way are attached, in case you want to inform your staff 🙄

I’ve been to Mesler Kitchen several times now and have loved the vibes. Billy, the bartender, is great - makes great cocktails,mad cool, fast! I def will be back! Food was good as well! They treated my party so well! Had a great time on my bday!

Most of the staff are friendly and professional. Food is somewhat consistent between visits. But, this is NOT a good place for conversation. The environment is often loud and it's difficult to communicate without raising your voice, which means everyone else raises their voices. During our most recent visit, the venue actually turned UP the background music during our meal, and this caused everyone to speak even louder.

First experience around the holidays 2024 not 1 ounce of decorations and it was already the first week of December. This year 2025 we had brunch today, my wings had no seasoning whatsoever except the sauce that was on top of it, which was mediocre. The waitress came back to the table so many times. I wanted to tell her to leave us alone without being rude. They did not tell me there was an up-charge for the lemon drop portion of a martini, soooooo sneaky and ridiculous. If you’re gonna charge these hefty prices which most boutique hotels do, at least have good food. So disappointing to spend that amount of money on bland, wings, a drink that cost the same as a full bottle of kettle one vodka. Utterly ridiculous and then you all have the nerve to include gratuity for a party of two. And asks for an additional gratuity. Please stop doing that; pay your staff and leave the gratuity in place as an option not a demand. Sadly disappointed.

The only thing I can say is this place has a reputation for its nasty service for a reason. The drinks and food were just alright and could not nearly make up for the attitudes you'd be getting from the hostess and waitresses here. And yes tips are automatically added to the bill.

We found this place by accident. We were going to another restaurant in the area but they were closed. This was a truly great experience.
The food was top notch! Chefs kiss to the chef! We both had pasta dishes. We could tell that it was fresh pasta. The flavor and texture were outstanding. We could both tell the difference, first bite! My grandson ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and he said it was the best he’d ever eaten.
The atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely recommend for a date night.

Very racist place. If you are white you will wait a lot time to sit down even they have 3 table. Don’t be happy to sit, they will come to get your order very late even there are 3 tables. You will find them talking and laughing back at the bar. We were there on 11.17.25 at 3.30p. You can check the camera records dear manager.

The reason why the waitresses give such lousy service.. is because a 18% gratuity is added automatically to your bill.
We repeatedly asked the waitress to cook the eggs a certain way.
When the food was brought to the table.
The waiter said- SHE NEVER TOLD HIM ANYTHING. This is not the first time.
