What a disappointment... I read all these reviews of it being good, I think your taste horizons need to be spread.
I asked for well done, enclosed is a picture of what I got. Are you serious???? I asked for steak, not beef jerky. The smell of the grease was so bad, I had to throw $13 of hard earned money down the drain. I thought this place would be better than their express place on west Belmont, it was not, they both are horrible, food here, service there. I am sorry but you will never get my money again. If anyone is thinking of going here be cautious of directions for your meal. The greeting is okay when you walk in, small place, quiet, could use a good scrub down though and better lighting. Covid days are over, stop skimming on quality and get back to your roots, this place was better before. As long as people WASTE their money here, nothing will change. As i am writing this review, I am shaking my head writing because I cannot believe a place like this is rated over 2 stars..

First time coming to meson el taco and I was definitely NOT disappointed! The tacos were amazing! Very good flavor also they are not stingy on adding meat to the taco! Customer service was excellent! 100% recommend

Order for take out in the morning. The cashier who took my order over the phone was really rude she had an attitude in person as well when food was picked up. She wasn’t welcoming at all and it’s not the first time with that same cashier.

This has been my husband and I’s go to restaurant whenever we’re too lazy to cook. Unfortunately, on Sunday my husband was eating his chimichanga and discovered a hair melted in the cheese. How disappointing. We won’t be ordering from here again.
