We were flying out of Terminal M36 at 5a! The women behind the bar at 4/4:30a on 9/19 were incredible. They were so bubbly and kind. Their attitudes were everything, top notch energy out into the world. Love it!

I used to be a big fan of metropolis in Chicago. Just came from the location in the airport and of course the coffee is overpriced at 4:00 a cup but the airport is ridiculous not necessarily there fault, but I should know better, anyway I asked for a small cup of hot water and they wanted to charge me $2.50 for cup of hot water, 😳 wow

Terrible Experience at O'Hare Location – Unreasonable Charges and Rude Staff
I had an awful experience at this location today. After spending over $35, the employee tried to charge me an extra $2.25 just for an empty coffee cup**! When I explained how unreasonable that was, she refused to listen, raised her voice, and was incredibly rude.
Charging that much for a disposable cup is ridiculous, especially after a decent purchase. The complete lack of customer service and common sense has convinced me to never do business with them again. They seriously need to retrain their staff on basic courtesy and fair

I ordered a cold latte with caramel, I was given coffee that did not taste like a latte at all, and instead of caramel, I was given a syrup that tasted like maple syrup. This is the worst coffee in my life

5am in Chicago and the workers are sooo energetic and friendly! As a matcha snob, the iced matcha is actually really good. Watched them whisk the matcha powder which was a delight. Small size is huge and was $7.65, which is a normal matcha price. They have 2% milk and oat milk ($1+ more) options. Would recommend!
Update: Came by again (about 2 months after my initial post) and the matcha one again, was spectacular!! Whisked to perfection and just delicious. Love it here!!

Terrible people with a terrible business. You folks obviously don't care about how you're perceived by the general public. That's fine, but for those of you who do, they have very rude service workers and charge exorbitant prices even for an airport. Expect quality to decrease at the minimum the same rate as their prices increase. These are the kinds of folks that make me feel ashamed to be American. Disgusting trash.

Just a mediocre place to grab a quick bite before your flight. The food is generally heated and given, nothing made too fresh. Obviously too expensive being in the terminal.
