It has been a very long time since I’ve been here. But just went w my family July 13, 2024 and we all ordered steak bc of the name of the restaurant. Figured u can’t go wrong. We did NOT get skirt steak… skirt steak is not stringy and super fatty.. Even the color is weird. It was chuck roast. I said something to the waitress and she told me it was skirt steak. But I am a fairly good cook, I frequent Mexican restaurants a lot and I make skirt steak tacos at home all the time. I 100% know the difference bt skirt steak and chuck roast. U can tell they tried to dry it out by over cooking it but my husbands tacos were dripping w fat.. and the price is so expensive. Very disappointed.
