The most disappointing thing was I set the tip and I did not ask for the receipt and I noticed in my bank account they added the 30% tip. I set the costume tip to a specific value and they changed it.

We enjoyed three different types of tacos while watching the Bears beat the Packers. The hostess asked if we wanted to be near the television and that was an added value. The pork belly was my favorite, while my daughter preferred the lobster and my husband enjoyed the brisket. All 3 were delish. Paola was kind and attentive.

2nd experience and it was amazing! Flavor and seasoning in our meals were well balanced, and had a wonderful taste. All of the guacamole choices were great however, the pomegranate guacamole is my favorite. The Pollo tacos are my favorite dish and love the options for the appetizers. We have recommended this place to many of our friends and will continue to do so!

Terrific food? We went during happy hour which had discounted menu items. We really enjoyed all our food. Very attentive service too. Thanks for a great dinner! (Would love to see a taco flight where you can choose four different options vs all 4 the same)

I've been here twice. The first time was excellent; delicious food and excellent service! (The only issue was the acoustics; it was difficult to hear others at the same table.) The second time we came earlier in the evening and it was much quieter. But while the food was still top quality, the service was awful. Both the person who greeted us and our waiter seemed almost annoyed by our presence, and neither were very helpful or keen to answer our questions about the menu. I'm hoping my first experience was more representative of the place than my second!
