Ay Carbon Pollo Grill

Was very disappointed really wanted to make this my next favorite spot but I had the steak burrito bowl, they do give you a lot of food but the steak wasn't very tasty. Currently Drive thru only until next month May 2024 when they open for dine-in, I'll give the chicken a shot and give update.

Bad service, we ordered flank steak and they are giving pork, they should tell the customer because we have people allergic to pork, and they are also giving it at the same price as beef.

I got a burrito de asada and 2 plain tacos for my daughters. Meat was very low quality ( nervio/cuero). It caught me by surprise, last time I was there it was better meat like arranchera.

Place was closed upon arrival. Doors had locks on them. Called the phone number hand written on a piece of paper taped to one of the doors. Some random guy answered yelling and put me hold. I could hear him yelling to someone about how even though he spoke no English that he didn’t need to learn because he had a lot of money. Not sure what that meant but not a good first impression.

The chicken, rice and ranchero beans are very good. Excellent service.

Their chicken is great here? and the food portions are vast, the sides are always so tasty, the small salsas they give on the side always fresh. ? deliciousness

Food is good and there is a lot of food on the plate at a great price.Can't ask for more.
