midway submarine is my favorite sandwich shop in the south side. It is a great Palestinian family owned sandwich shop with delicious subs. I highly recommend the midway sub or the roast beef.
A local neighbor spot. The owner has been there since forever. He is so consistent with his sandwiches and goodness in making food. He provides good portions of meat and makes sure everything is fresh. I appreciate the cleanliness of the environment and how he kept the originality of the atmosphere.
Premium, quality Vienna beef, cold cut meats AND out of this world bread from Turano Bread! STILL affordable prices and even some rare bargains.
The owner works just as hard as it's to workers yet treats EVERYONE like his son or daughter. Workers, cashiers are equally, genuinely professional, efficient and treat EVERYONE as if one was spending top dollar at any fine, distinguished steakhouse!!
