Buona qualità del cibo, ambiente accogliente e familiare, manca a mio parere una buona apparecchiatura.

We were 4 people, one who requires kosher.
The chicken was dry as heck, the mashed potato tasted like it was from 3 days ago, the burger was salty and dry, had 0% fat.

Wonderful service. They held our table way past our reservation due to traffic delays. But the food has declined in variety and innovation. Still really good; not great.

First time dining in, and last. Chicken was dry on the nachos and in the soup - having dry chicken in a soup is impressive, honestly.

The burger was seasoned well but when I ordered it the waiter told me it usually comes medium so I said that was fine. It was well done. I usually go medium well, but if you're going to specify that it comes a certain way, at least stick to that promise. I got the bacon ranch burger, and I expected it to be at least a little moist because of the sauce. It was one of the driest burgers I've ever had, I was literally dipping it into my side of ranch that I got for the fries. On that note, most of the fries were small and too crispy to be enjoyable. The free pickles were the best part of the meal.

One of the cooks - not sure if an owner or what - kept staring at people eating in the dining room through the kitchen window. It was unnerving - he was there constantly, just watching us eat. Our server was pleasant enough, no complaints there.

The decor would have been lovely, but there was a tacky blue and white flag in the corner. We would have left immediately if we had seen that before ordering - don't love a place that openly supports violence. Can say for a fact that it's the #1 reason we will not be back, not just the mediocre food. The only thing perplexing about this place is how they call themselves a BBQ restaurant when they can't even do a burger right.

The sides were great but something was wrong with the beef ribs. They smelled like spoiled or rotten beef? Unsure but made it a bit inedible especially for the $150 price tag. The table next to us also commented on it, that it was distinctly...garbage-like

My personal favorite kosher Chicago Restaurant. Had so many good times with family here and the food is delicious! Great prices and one amazing thing is that multiple menu options are delicious not just one single thing. Don't skip desert. My favorite is the pudding cake with ice cream so yum?
