The service was extremely disappointing and not at all allergy-friendly. None of the staff seemed to speak English, which made it very difficult to communicate or ask basic questions—especially about allergens like eggs. When we tried to clarify, no one could provide an answer, which was incredibly frustrating. The food took a long time to arrive, and the service throughout felt passive-aggressive. Each time something was brought to the table, it was placed across from us rather than handed politely. Even when the check arrived, the pen was placed across the table instead of being handed over. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience from start to finish.

Did not enjoy the food or service.
Did not even finish the food.
I question the legitimacy of the 8k plus reviews. What a terrible experience.

I ordered my food to go, my total was $54.53 when I went to pay I only had 1, $100 bill. I was told they didn’t have any change, then was told they don’t accept $100 bills! I asked what the issue was? I can’t believe they didn’t have $45.47 in change. I asked if they had a counterfeit pen to check the bill, since the cashier handed it to 2 other males who kept checking the bill. He said NO! Do better! Very unprofessional!

Ordered sweet and sour pork and the beef short ribs. Pork was fried to a hard almost inedible crisp tasted like it had been fried several times ,idk if its customary but I will never order short ribs again seems uncooked rubbery chewy fatty

There’s a person on here named Dost Khan who ordered chicken friend rice. Is that from the special menu? I love Ming Hin but I think this person is making up items

Went on a Saturday night and this place was loud and buzzing with activity. Took us several minutes to get a servers attention to get water for the table. We ordered the veggie egg rolls and scallion pancakes as appetizers, both were well received by the majority- I personally thought the scallion pancakes were very bland. For entrees we ordered orange chicken, Mongolian beef, chicken friend rice, and beef lo mein. All of the food was very tasty, but the beef dishes had much less beef in them than the chicken dishes. Final bill for 5 people came to $112, good value for the quality and quantity of food we received. My only qualm about this place is the chaos and lack of a dedicated waiter coming to check on you periodically, it is your duty to flag someone down for anything and that can be challenging during a busy dinner service.

Overall everyone enjoyed the meal and would like to return.

This place is a crowded pleaser. The menu is huge as is the amount of seating they have. It's fun to go with a group of 8-10 people to sit upstairs at a table with a giant lazy Susan. Order 2-4 small plates per person & everyone shares. Plus, order one big bowl of soup that feeds everyone. Don't forget to request tea, order lots of short ribs & finish your meal with sesame balls.

Extremely accommodating. There were 15 of us which included a need for a highchair and room for a wheelchair. Portions were steaming hot and huge! Staff constantly brought out our food orders, filled drinks, and tea pots. I am so ready to return for another incredible experience!

Food is pretty good. I’ve been here few times in group and once alone. I was treated poorly when I went alone, as if the servers felt like there’s no point in being nice speculating a small tip. Food was served after 50 minutes although I ordered 1 dish and 1 appetizer(both came together). The servers wouldn’t look at me even if I tried calling them. I was treated well everytime I went in a group though.

The food was awesome we saw the reviews and went there but its more of a high end quite restaurant than and small shouting across the hall type place that you imagine. Having said that the food tasted amazing we had few of the Dimsums and the rice noodle with beef substituted it with chicken it was amazing. Their house shrimp dumplings dimsum and shumai were awesome too. Wasn't the fan of the tripe but every else was not bad
