Food is good but the service lacked all around. It took a while for the server to even come to take our order or check up on us. I noticed this was going on with all the tables around us too.

Very disappointing experience at Mira Sushi Restaurant and Bar.
We were informed upon arrival that the wait time for food would be 40–50 minutes due to a lack of staff. We politely decided not to stay, as that is a very long wait.
After that, the manager refused to provide parking validation, simply because we chose not to wait. This behavior felt unprofessional and unfair.
Customers should not be punished for a restaurant’s staffing issues. Refusing basic courtesy because guests do not want to wait nearly an hour reflects poor customer service and a lack of respect.
Very disappointed with the management.

The lunch ayce has a decent amount of options for rolls. I like the sashimi salad. The food also came out in a timely manner.
The sushi for ayce has so much rice you can’t even taste the fish. The nigiri is as tall as it is wide and the fish is so thin it’s almost see through. Paid 30 dollars for a large bowl of rice and a cumulative 4 pieces of fish.

If you can eat mass quantities like me, the all you can eat sushi is a good deal. We got a few rolls, some nigiri including salmon and my favorite ikura, miso, and softshell crab to start. Then, I got a few more rounds of ikura and some other nigiri. Definitely ate $34 worth and then some. Would go back.

Really great. Very clean, excellent food. Presentation was fabulous and the waitress even remembered us from last time.
Price is on point, flavors were so good - red recommend the peppered tuna salad appetizer. It was delicious.

Lots of fried types of sushi and appetizers. Not much fresh fish types. The miso soup, seaweed salad, and green tea were good. Service was average. Every item is priced, so this is not a buffet restaurant fyi.

Christmas 2025! What a magical time! How many restaurants do you know where Santa himself takes atime to deliver you candy and food. And what a wonderful food that was... freshly prepared sushi, yummmmy... my favorite were mango tango role and Godizila fried salmon rolls.... sooo goood. Chinatown Chicago, Christmas 2025!.
Complements to the chef!!!
