This was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had in a Chicago restaurant. Each item was incredibly thoughtful, and brilliantly done. I wish I had two stomachs that enjoy more. The portion size runs a bit small so consider doubling up certain platers especially if you are a group over 3 or 4. The prices can run a little high but as I said early it’s worth experiencing at least once
