Don’t expect much. Very expensive $25 for cheese enchiladas AND additional $6 for chicken. be careful going there to celebrate a birthday with more than 2 people. They tack on a 20%!!! Service charge.

25.99 for mole sauce on two small pieces of breast is ridiculously high, and my wife got a steak burrito for 14 dollars. Food is okay but not no worth 43 dollars we didnt even get drinks, wasnt like this before .

Some of the best mexican food in the city.
I have been to Mis Moles many times and every time has been a lovely experience. The food is great, the service is excellent, and it has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. In warmer months you can sit inside or outside; I like the patio, which has welcoming lights and good shade from trees as well as the building. This place is a neighborhood gem!

The food was good but more in the expensive side, I feel like the mole enchiladas could’ve been saucier, the chilaquiles were good and my son loved his burger. Margarita was small and expensive, it was not busy at all and the service was nice. I just wished their flavor would had been unique.

We were blown away by the rich mole flavors that were deep in flavor! From the homemade chips that quickly landed on our table accompanied by a variety of moles (amazing!) to the ceviche, queso fundido, mole rojo, the conchinita pibil and the tampaquena we were sooooo happy and readily shared all the delights!
The staff were warm and attentive and there was live music too! We will definitely be back. What a great place run by terrific people!

A bit of a letdown with the other reviews. Ordered Chile rellenos and asked how many came on the plate. I was excited to hear two, as I was quite hungry. Turns out they're two quite small ones (think half the size you buy at the grocery store). The moles samplers were good, but I didn't want to spend $7 on any of them, especially since the steak for the chiles cost an extra $5 (not worth how little was in it and didn't know there was an upcharge).
Oh, and you'll be charged for extra chips (they brought out a basket of 7 chips the first time). Extra $3.50.
Felt like a money grab. Over $40!! For chips, salsa, two tiny chiles and a beer. No thanks.
Yes, the homemade tortillas are good. But, also, not worth $43 for one person. Also, it's quite dead on a Friday at 5pm. Think I know why.

First time dining here- Wow! I ordered perfectly made mole enchiladas. They gave us small samples of mole as we were seated. They were so friendly and everything was delicious. Adding this place as one of my new faves.

This mole brought me back to Mexico City! Seriously authentic with that incredible depth of flavors mole lovers seek. A must have experience with a friendly, clean, and highly attentive atmosphere.

Ever wondered what mole is? Think of it as the sophisticated, slow-simmered soul of Mexican cuisine – a complex sauce often featuring chilies, spices, and sometimes even chocolate. Mis Moles not only gets mole, they get that choosing one is a commitment! Bless their hearts for offering mole samples – a game-changer for the indecisive (like me!).
My shrimp ceviche was a zesty start, followed by a solid steak tampiquenia playing second fiddle to a dark mole enchilada that whispered sweet (and slightly savory) nothings. My only tiny critique? A grain of salt more might have elevated things to perfection.
But listen, if you're on a quest to explore the diverse world of mole – their vibrant red, zesty verde, and rich, dark chocolatey options are calling your name. Consider me a convert. Next time, I'm diving headfirst into a traditional chicken mole, and you bet your bottom dollar it'll be slathered in that darker magic. I'll be back for more mole. Also I apologize there's no photos of any of the food , as soon as it hit the table I snorted it.
Of course they had all of the classic Mexican cocktails try the Jamaica (hibiscus) cocktail but what really stood out to me was the traditional piña colada using traditional ingredients (creme of coconut ) in addition the passion fruit margarita had real passion fruit in the mix....😋
Also this restaurant caters to large family groups so it's a perfect place to bring a large group they understand how to set up and serve larger groups quickly and efficiently so that everyone is eating at the same time.
