Wanted to try this place for the first time. Hours said they close at 9. Rushed over from work, got here at 8:45 and they were closed. Not in the process of closing, not cleaning, but lights off, staff gone, doors locked.

This is a cute little cafe. The steak tacos are great and just the right amount of food for lunch. The guacamole tastes freshly made and is chunky, which I love. The chips are fresh and the salsa is just the right spice level. The service was friendly and quick. They also have a patio.

I asked for a veggie burrito dinner with poblano today. I specifically asked them for no egg and no meat in my food like 3 times at the counter just to get eggs in my burrito. Don’t bother eating here if you have any form of allergies/dietary restrictions.

So many little things they could be doing to fix things here. The tv (that still has the plastic on it) is playing random videos of them cooking food (?). The menu online is not accessible. Weird lighting and lacking ambiance. Such potential but curious decisions.
The waitress was nice. But only came to check on us once even though the place was empty. I ordered the chilaquiles Verdes w steak and a tamale. The rice and beans were not hot(barely warm) the steak was taco meat....the tamale had like a aost sour taste to it I was afraid it might be spoiled and the chilaquiles were made w the table salsa and table chips... which made them way to spicy to eat and they were soggy..needless to say I'll never return ..

I have never left a review until this moment. Pls go to this restaurant. I had the chicken taco meal and my partner had the pastor tacos special. Very well priced and amazing food. All of the salsas were especially delicious. The staff are delightful. My belly is full and my brain is happy.
