Stopped by ML Kitchen for lunch and was seriously impressed. I grabbed the General Tso's Chicken with pork fried rice and a side of dumplings. The chicken was crispy, saucy, and just the right amount of heat. Pork fried rice had that perfect smoky flavor, and the dumplings were on point. Portions were generous, and the vibe inside was chill—clean, modern, and welcoming. Service was quick and friendly. Ended up spending around $25, which felt like a steal for the quality and quantity. Definitely my new go-to spot for Chinese in the area!

A handful of years ago, in college, I was sick and wanted a delicious, light, acidic soup. I ordered the fish fillet with chili and preserved vegetables not knowing that I would come back for this bowl of soup for many years onwards. In the dead cold of winter, and once my nose starts running, I crave the comfort of this soup. I have nothing to compare to regarding its quality or authenticity, but I just know it’s consistently good. This, and the dry chili chicken and the dry chili tofu, I highly recommend. Small businesses like ML Kitchen are gems in a neighborhood.
