Great location near the Roosevelt red, orange, and green line trains if on foot. Impossible to park anywhere close if driving. Nice selection of artisanal cupcakes of all flavors and varieties. They have chocolate and vanilla vegan cupcakes as well that are wisely kept in a separate area so if you want vegan just ask. There is seating if you prefer to eat there.

The worst service at Mollys tonight. The young lady makes me lattes without any cream. I have to leave my place to come back again for a remake. It took an extremely long time! After getting my new lattes, I ask to purchase a cupcake. You would have thought she would have offered that for free since I had to leave home in the cold to have her correct the drinks. That is bismal service at best! I won’t be back for their lattes! Just horrible!

The staff It’s extremely pleasant here and friendly. Also, the conditions of the restaurant were very clean and well kept and had a nice aesthetic. I was very surprised at the pricing for 2 Cupcakes (Practically mini sized) And a cookie being $15. The food was OK But not anything special or worth the price tag in my opinion.

I wanted for 3 minutes to be acknowledge a hello, hi? Nothing. I walked right out. Make sure the youth you hire is able provide good customer service.
